Stella McCartney, who has already made a dent in the beauty landscape with her deliciously elegant fragrance, recently launched a line of 100% organic skincare products called CARE (not sure if that's an acronym for something or if it's just meant to allude to her "caring" about the environment). The line is made only from vegetable extracts and oils and contains no silicones or petrochemicals.
The Nourishing Night and Day Cream is the queen bee of the line, and with good reason: this moisturizing cream provides UV protection and is light enough to go under your make-up without causing major breakout issues, BUT it's also quite effective as a night cream since it contains anti-aging properties. Cupuacu butter, blackcurrant buds,and Brasil Nut oil are among the main ingredients.
And, of course, Stella made sure the line was 100% eco-certified. The sleek silver packaging is made of recyclable materials and — get this — you can mail them back to the Stella McCartney CARE Recycle Program and, in the process, get the chance to win one of her luxe handbags (now, THAT's what I call an incentive!)
