For winter 2010, Swarovski Crystallized teamed up with San Francisco-based, Colombian jewelry designer Liz Palacios, a collaboration that culminated in the new Crystallized Swarovski Elements collection, Naturaleza. Unveiled yesterday, the Naturaleza collection stays true to Palacios' aesthetic by incorporating a vintage feel and by lauding the magnificent beauty inherently found in our flora and fauna.
Pictured above are two of the pieces in the Swarovski Crystallized Naturaleza collection: the Naturaleza White Necklace and the Naturaleza Dragonfly in Color. I'm kind of ga-ga over the Naturaleza White Necklace, with its oversize flowers (which look like a cross between winter-blooming blossoms like daffodils, daisies, and azaleas) and the golden lizard motif along the right side.
The collection is currently available at select Nordstrom stores.
