The center of the cuff, meanwhile, is adorned with a ribbon covered with layered feathers — some are peacock-esque, with carbon black backdrops and snowy white spots; some boast rich auburn and red mahogany colors, along with blackened edges; and some feature pheasant-like creamy buttery beige and black centers shades. And needless to say, the feathers were not plucked from any endangered species.
